Our big project for Autumn 2024 was the repairs to another section of the churchyard wall, which, as you can see from the photos below, needed urgent attention.

This is the section leading down to the Yew Tree entrance, which now looks a great deal better, thanks to the expertise of Corinthian Stone.

We are delighted to say that the work was supported by our local pub, The Crown. They have been holding a series of charity events in support of the Friends and, as at September 2024, have already raised over £2,000 to help with the costs of this project. Cheers to Vicki, Philip and Kira and all the wonderful team down at The Crown.
